Mike helps lead Aurora Getaways with an owner-first approach. He works closely with homeowners to guide pricing, review performance, and ensure each property is aligned with both revenue goals and long-term value, while providing clear communication, transparency, and a trusted partnership.

Family Time & the Outdoors

When he’s not working with owners and guests, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors with his family—skiing, fishing, and snowmobiling. Being part of the Bear Lake community is important to him, and that local perspective carries into how Aurora Getaways cares for each home.

Ian Winter

Operations & Property Management | Garden City, UT

Ian helps lead Aurora Getaways by overseeing the day-to-day operations of each property. He takes a hands-on approach, coordinating cleanings and maintenance, performing inspections, and ensuring every home is consistently guest-ready while maintaining the quality and standards owners expect.

Rooted in Bear Lake

When he’s not working, Ian enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family and getting out snowmobiling. Having grown up in Bear Lake and inside the property management industry, he brings a level of local knowledge and hands-on experience that shows in how each property is maintained.
